ANALISIS TINGKAT KEPUASAN ANGGOTA KOPERASI TERHADAP PELAYANAN KOPERASI SIMPAN PINJAM CREDIT UNION PANCURAN HIDUP PEKANBARU

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan anggota koperasi terhadap pelayanan Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Credit Union Pancuran Hidup, (2) untuk mengetahui apa saja yang harus diperhatikan oleh pihak koperasi dalam rangka meningkatkan pelayanan terhadap anggota. Penilaian dilakukan berdasarkan 5 variabel yaitu bukti fisik (tangibles), keandalan (reliability), jaminan (assurance), daya tanggap (responsiveness) dan perhatian (emphaty). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Importance Performance Analysis dan Customer Satisfaction Index. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 137 responden. Hasil pengolahan data menggunakan metode Importance Performance Analysis diketahui bahwa, terdapat 2 atribut pelayanan yang perlu mendapatkan prioritas utama dalam perbaikan kualitas pelayanannya, yaitu terdapat pada atribut P18 dan P23. Sedangkan hasil pengolahan data menggunakan metode Customer Satisfaction Index yaitu mendapatkan nilai sebesar 0,828 atau 82,8%, yang mana nilai tersebut berada pada rentang nilai 0,80-0,100 yang berarti pelanggan merasa “Sangat Puas” terhadap kinerja yang diberikan oleh koperasi.
