Analisis Pelaksanaan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Berbasis Cloud Computing

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of Manfaat yang Dirasakan (PU), Kemudahan Penggunaan yang Dirasakan (PEOU), and Behavioral Intention to Use (BI) on Actual System Use (ASU) in adopting a cloud computing-based management information system at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Pekanbaru. The research adopts a modified Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and employs descriptive and explanatory survey methods. Data were collected using questionnaires distributed to 90 students from grades X to XII. The data analysis was conducted using the Structural Equation Model with WarPls Version 4 software.

The results show that Manfaat yang Dirasakan has a significant impact on both Behavioral Intention to Use (coefficient 0.298) and Actual System Use (coefficient 0.225). Likewise, Kemudahan Penggunaan yang Dirasakan positively influences Behavioral Intention to Use (coefficient 0.599) and Manfaat yang Dirasakan (coefficient 0.246). Additionally, Behavioral Intention to Use greatly affects Actual System Use, with a coefficient of 0.438. These findings emphasize the essential role of perceived ease and usefulness in determining students' intentions and actual technology usage.

The study recommends integrating technology more extensively into the curriculum, providing adequate resources, and offering targeted training to improve students' perceptions of ease and usefulness. Additionally, employing interactive educational methods and offering incentives can enhance students' motivation and intention to effectively utilize the technology.
