Lecturer performance is one of the important factors in determining the quality of the learning process in higher education. This study aims to analyze the performance of Biology Education lecturers based on students’ perceptions, covering teaching discipline, teaching materials, teaching evaluation, and lecturer personality. This study employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. The research instrument was a closed-ended questionnaire distributed to students of the Biology Education Study Program. The data were analyzed descriptively using percentages. The results indicate that the performance of Biology Education lecturers was in the good to very good categories across all assessed aspects. Teaching discipline and teaching materials received the highest ratings, while lecturer personality still requires special attention to improve the quality of lecturer–student interaction. Overall, the performance of Biology Education lecturers was viewed positively and supported the achievement of learning objectives.
