Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Di Badan Pusat XYZ Kota Pekanbaru

Abstract

This assessment aims to detect whether the organizational environment and discipline practices affect how employees perform.. The study focuses on employees at the Pekanbaru City Central Statistics Office (BPS), with a population of 37 employees (data for 2023). The sampling method used is a census, encompassing the entire population. Data analysis and interpretation are carried out through multiple linear regression using SPSS version 25. Classical assumptions and hypothesis testing are used for the multiple regression approach. The research outcomes show that both the work environment and work discipline significantly affect employee performance. Additionally, when considered together, these variables also own substantial impact on employees performance. The r squared (r²) value is 0.671, which signifies that 67.1% of the variance in employees performance is explained by job atmosphere and employee discipline. The remaining 32.9% (100% - 67.1%) represents uncovered aspects beyond the scope of this research.
