Abstract

This research to determine the effect of service quality on the satisfaction of impatients at hospital Lubuk Sikaping Pasaman hospital. this research is a quantitative type of research. The population in this study is inpatients at  Lubuk Sikaping Pasaman hospital in 2022, totaling 7,543 patients with a sample of 99 patients, using a sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. By collecting data using a questionnaire. Data processing in the research was carried out with the help of SPSS version 23. The results of this study show that the service quality variable (X)  has a positive and significant effect on the satisfaction of inpatient at Lubuk Sikaping Pasaman hospital. the ability of the service quality variable to explain the influence of the patient satisfaction variable is 57,5%. While the rest influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
