This research was conducted at Masrudirini Foundation in Perawang with the aim of examining the role of organizational commitment in mediating the effect of trust in the principal on selince behavior. The sampling method used in this study was the saturated sample method, where the entire population was sampled, totaling 85 people. This research data analysis uses descriptive statistics and verification analysis, as an analytical tool used Structural Equational Model processed with SmartPLS3 Software. The results of the analysis prove that there is a negative and significant influence between trust in the principal on silence behavior, and there is a negative and significant influence of trust in the principal on silence behavior, through organizational commitment.
