Abstract

The aim of this research is to assess the performance of employees at the Tenayan Raya District Office in Pekanbaru City. The studyꞌs population consisted of 25 employees at the Tenayan Raya District Office. Due to the small and limited population size, the researcher included the entire population as the research sample. The sampling method sampling technique, also know as a census. According to the findings, the performance of employees of the Tenayan Raya District Office in Pekanbaru City is deemed good. Overall, the highest performance indicator is task completion, while the lowest is punctuality. It can be concluded that employees at the Tenayan Raya District Office perform their duties well but need to improve their punctuality.
