PENGARUH KESELAMATAN DAN KESEHATAN KERJA (K3) DAN GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. ADHI GUNA PUTERA DI KECAMATAN TENAYAN RAYA PEKANBARU

Abstract

The aim of this study is to assess how workplace safety and health, as well as leadership style, individually and together, influence worker productivity at PT Adhi Guna Putera located in the Tenayan Raya District of Pekanbaru. The research used a quantitative descriptive approach, applying multiple linear regression analysis for its evaluation. A total of 38 employees participated, which is the complete sample size. The study utilized a saturated sampling technique, meaning that the entire group of employees was included in the sample. Data was gathered by handing out questionnaires to the participants. The analysis of this data was carried out using SPSS software. The individual test results demonstrated that workplace safety and health positively influenced employee performance at 0.446 or 44.6%, while the leadership style also had a significant and positive impact on performance, recorded at 0.412 or 41.2%. The results from the combined tests showed that both workplace safety and health and leadership style together positively and significantly affected employee performance at PT Adhi Guna Putera in the Tenayan Raya District of Pekanbaru. This study yielded a coefficient of determination of 0.566, which equals 56.6%.
