The purpose of this research is to determine the situasional,leadership style of communication, cheerful motivation and work discipline partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees of PT. Adei Plantation & Industry South Mandau Gardens. The research method used in this research is the qualitative method used in this research is the multiple linear regression analysis method. The population in this research is this study was 37 employees, the sample in this study was 37 employees. The sampling thechnique in this research is to use a saturated sample where anyone who meets the researcher can be used as a sample. The data collection technique is this research is by distributing questionnaires to The respondents wew workers at PT. Adei Plantation & Industry South Mandau Gardens. Data processing in this research used SPSS. Bassed on partial tests, the results showed that work motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance by 0.551 or 55.1%. Based on simultaneous test, the results showed that situational leadership style, communication, work motivation and work discipline simultaneously had a significant effect on the performance of performance of employees at PT.employees. Adei Plantation & Industry South Mandau Gardens. The coefficient of determination value obtained in this research was 0,690 or 69 %, partially there was no strong and positive influence between situational leadership style, communication, work motivation and work discipline on the performance of PT. employees. Adei Plantation & Industry South Mandau Gardens Duri City Bengkalis District.
