Pengaruh Beban Kerja dan Konflik Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Xyz Tbk Cabang Pekanbaru

Abstract

This research seeks to investigate how workload and work conflict impact employee performance at PT Mandala Multifinance Tbk, Pekanbaru Branch. The study population includes all employees at the branch, totaling 36 individuals. A census sampling method was applied, resulting in all 36 employees being selected as respondents. The study utilizes primary data collected through questionnaires. The analytical technique used is multiple linear regression, processed with SPSS version 24. Data testing procedures include descriptive statistics, data validity and reliability checks, classical assumption testing, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing using the t-test, F-test, and the coefficient of determination. Findings reveal that both workload and work conflict individually have a significant influence on employee performance. Additionally, when analyzed together, these two factors also show a significant combined effect. The joint contribution of workload and work conflict accounts for 69.3% of the variance in employee performance, while the remaining 30.7% is explained by other unmeasured variables.
