Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of job satisfaction, motivation, and worload on teacher perfomance. The repondents were all teacher at SDN 008 Tambun, Pelalawan Regency. A quatitative approach was applied using questionnaires for data collection. Data were analyzed using multiple linier regression. The findings indicate that job satisfaction, motivation, and workload significantly influence teacher perfomance both partially and simultaneously. These result higlight the importance of increasing job satisfaction, fostering intrinsic motivation, and managing workload effectively to enhance teacher perfomance.
