Proses Penyidikan Tindak Pidana Korupsi Pengadaan Barang Jasa Pada Tingkat Kejaksaan

Abstract

Childre Corruption Crime (TIPIKOR) in the procurement of goods and services in Indonesia, which is a serious issue that is detrimental to the state and society. Corruption in the procurement of goods and services is one of the serious problems faced by Indonesia, with a significant negative impact on the economy and social welfare. This research aims to analyze the process of investigating criminal acts of corruption at the prosecutor's level, including the challenges and best practices applied. The research results show that even though there are strict regulations, there are still many obstacles in the investigation process, such as a lack of trained human resources and challenges in collecting evidence. This research uses a normative juridical approach to analyze the regulations governing the procurement of goods and services and the potential violations that could occur.
