Abstract

Children as criminals must be treated humanely in the best interest for the child to realize growth and provide physical, mental and social. Act No. 11 of 2012 has highlighted the legal protection which is based on the rights of the child. Issues raised in this research is how the rules of juvenile criminal justice system can be applied objectively to all children in conflict with the law. of the results of research that has been done by these authors is that the Criminal justice system Child is a common judicial system that handles children in conflict with the law. In this Act emphasizes the provision of diversion and restorative justice concept which is a consideration in handling children. This concept involves all parties in order for the child's moral improvement and provide protection to the child.
