Abstract

ABSTRACT

 

      

This study aims to analyze the income of sago flour and processed sago flour agro-industry, determine the added value of sago flour. This result showed that : 1) Net income of sago agronodustry per production process is Rp  61.558.308, while sago flour processing income includes sago noodles amounting to Rp 3,911,324, sago crackers Rp 533,802, sago rendang Rp 548,132, fat sago Rp 100,569. 2) Sago flour agroindustry and processed sago flour are efficient and feasible to be developed, the Return Cost Ratio (RCR) value is greater than one. 3) The added value obtained from the processing of tago sago produces sago flour per kg of raw materials amounting to Rp 623,62, while in processed sago flour, fat sago provides greater added value than other preparations (sago crackers, sago noodles and sago rendang).

ABSTRAK

 

 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pendapatan agroindustri tepung sagu dan olahan tepung sagu, menentukan nilai tambah sagu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendapatan bersih agronodustri sagu per proses produksi sebesar Rp 61.558.308, sedangkan pendapatan pengolah tepung sagu meliputi mie sagu sebesar Rp  3.911.324, kerupuk sagu Rp 533.802, sagu rendang Rp 548.132, sagu lemak Rp 100.569. 2) Agroindustri tepung sagu dan olahan tepung sagu efisien dan layak untuk dikembangkan, nilai Return Cost Ratio (RCR) lebih besar dari satu. 3) Nilai tambah yang diperoleh dari pengolahan tual sagu menghasilkan tepung sagu per kg bahan baku sebesar Rp 623,62, sedangkan pada olahan tepung sagu, sagu lemak memberikan nilai tambah lebih besar dibandingkan olahan lainnya(kerupuk sagu, mie sagu dan sagu rendang)
