Dengue fever (DF) remains a major public health concern in Indonesia, including in Ngrejeng Village, Tuban Regency. The high incidence of dengue is largely attributed to the presence of Aedes aegypti mosquitoes as the primary vector of transmission. In response to this issue, this community service program was implemented with the aim of advancing the downstream development of a citronella-based mosquito repellent spray (Cymbopogon citratus) as a preventive strategy to reduce potential dengue transmission. The program activities consisted of educational sessions on the dangers of dengue and its prevention, training on the production of natural mosquito repellent sprays, and the distribution of the finalized products to the community. The initiative demonstrated improvements in residents’ knowledge about dengue, enhanced their skills in producing natural repellents, and generated positive acceptance toward the environmentally friendly product. Overall, the program is expected to contribute to reducing the risk of dengue transmission while promoting the utilization of local potential through the downstream development of natural resource–based products.
