Abstract

BUMDesa Ijen Lestari, the manager of Tamansari Tourism Village, faces difficulties in marketing and managing homestays due to limited human resources, lack of service standardization, and the need to divide focus on marketing other UMKM products. As a result, the homestays have few visitors and suboptimal service. The solution offered through this community service initiative is the implementation of the "Dewitari Homestay" website as a digital information platform, promotion, and online reservation system for homestays and MSME products managed by BUMDesa. This website also simplifies room management and reporting. To improve service quality, training on website usage and excellent service has been conducted for BUMDesa, homestay owners, and stakeholders. From the socialization and training that has been carried out, several additional features are still needed, including booking cancellation and refund options. However, overall, the developed features are highly needed by BUMDesa and homestay owners, and the excellent service training has also been very helpful in improving service standardization
