The training program for local women in Kampung Bagan, Kelurahan Tanjung Piayu RT 01, RW 09, aims to enhance understanding and skills in online sales strategies and marketing of home industry products. This program is designed to assist local SMEs in utilizing digital platforms to expand their market reach and improve the competitiveness of their products. Through this training, participants are expected to understand the importance of leveraging technology in business development, from setting up online sales accounts, managing products, to marketing through social media and e-commerce platforms. The training adopts a practical approach, where the women are provided direct guidance on using e-commerce platforms and simple digital marketing techniques that are easy to implement. Emphasis is also placed on effective branding, setting the right pricing, and enhancing customer engagement online to build customer loyalty. The program is expected to have a positive impact on the local economy by increasing digital skills and opening up broader market opportunities for home industry products produced by the local community. The expected outcomes include increased sales of local products, strengthening the creative economy based on SMEs, and improving the welfare of the community in Kampung Bagan through the optimal use of digital technology.
