Abstract

The digital marketing training for women entrepreneurs in Kampung Bagan, Kelurahan Tanjung Piayu RT 01 RW 09, aimed to enhance digital skills and the competitiveness of home industry products through the utilization of digital technology. Prior to the training, most participants had not utilized digital platforms to market their products, which limited their market reach. The training provided materials on the use of social media, marketplaces, and effective digital marketing techniques. The results showed a significant improvement in participants' ability to create online sales accounts, manage products, and create engaging marketing content. An increase in sales and customer interactions was also observed post-training, indicating that digital marketing can open up broader market access and enhance the competitiveness of SME products. This program proved effective in strengthening the local economy and can serve as a model for community empowerment in other regions with similar characteristics.
