About the Journal

JOELS: Journal of Election and Leadership is a free, double-blind, peer-reviewed publication that accepts the submissions of manuscripts within these focus and scope. JOELS looks for research that explores leadership, whether they are in the sphere of politics or in other specific and general contexts, such as leadership in education or how people select and think of their leaders. JOELS is published bi-annually every January and July under the Institute of Research and Community Service, Faculty of Administrative Sciences, Center for Political and Government Studies as well as electoral and leadership specialist groups.
