Work Life Balance dan Kepuasan Kerja: Mediasi Motivasi Intrinsik

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Pegawai Inspektorat Daerah Kabupaten Rokan Hulu dengan tujuan menguji peranan motivasi intrinsik dalam memediasi pengaruh work life balance terhadap kepuasan kerja. Populasi penelitian yang dilakukan peneliti adalah semua pegawai Inspektorat Daerah Kabupaten Rohul. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian sebanyak 70 orang sekaligus menjadi sampel penelitian (sampel jenuh). Namun karena peneliti juga bagian dari lembaga tersebut, maka dikurangi satu menjadi 69 orang yang akan digunakan sebagai sampel. Hasil analisis membuktikan bahwa pada Inspektorat Daerah Kabupaten Rokan Hulu, Semakin efektif work life balance, maka cenderung dapat meningkatkan kepuasan kerja pegawai; Work life balance berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi intrinsik; Naik dan turunnya motivasi intrinsik pegawai, berpengaruh terhadap meningkat atau menurunnya kepuasan pegawai tersebut; dan Peningkatan work life balance, diiringi semakin baiknya motivasi intrinsik pegawai serta kepuasan kerjanya.
