About the Journal

Managerial Development Journal (MDJ) aims to publish original scientific papers in the management field. MDJ welcomes original research that tests and develops management theory, as well as contributes to management practice. The methods used are not limited to the quantitative, qualitative, experimental, field, mixed methods, and meta-analytic, but also other relevant empirical methods. Manuscripts to be published in MDJ cover domains such as human resource management, marketing management, operations and supply chain management, information management, and financial management.
