The lack of knowledge about how to manage sales data for stock inventory often brings risks, the product becomes excessive or lacking. The goal to be achieved is to find the frequency of products to determine the stock of inventory, find out the variety of flavors that are in demand, know the final evaluation that will be used for stock inventory planning for the Sponji Store. The results performed on the manual calculation experiment and the RapidMiner Studio application used a transaction pattern for 30 days by specifying the minimum value of support = 20% and minimum confidence = 50% the result of the calculation of the two got 4 rules of association with a combination of two itemsset. For products with a higher frequency value, Sponji Stores can add their stock because customers will look for the products that are most in demand.
