Abstract

PLN MOBILE adalah aplikasi mobile customer self service berbasis mobile yang terintegrasi
dengan Aplikasi Pengaduan dan Keluhan Terpadu (APKT) dan Aplikasi Pelayanan Pelanggan Terpusat
(AP2T). Aplikasi ini merupakan bentuk sinergi layanan PLN kepada pelanggan, setelah sebelumnya
memanfaatkan Contact Center PLN 123, Facebook, Twitter dan Web PLN. Aplikasi mobile resmi milik
PLN ini berisikan layanan informasi dan komunikasi interaktif antara pelanggan dengan PLN perihal
layanan ketenagalistrikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kepuasan pengguna terhadap
aplikasi PLN Mobile di PT. PLN (PERSERO)WS2JB Cabang palembang rating sekayu menggunakan
metode Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), TAM merupakan sebuah metode pengukuran terhadap
tingkat kepuasan pengguna terhadap aplikasi PLN Mobile ini, serta menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif
dalam pengumpulan data dari responden serta analisis. Terdapat 4 variabel yang digunakan dalam Metode
TAM ini antara lain Perceived ease of use (persepsi kemudahan penggunaan), persepsi kegunaan
(Perceived Usefulness), Intensi penggunaan (Behavior Intention To Use), Penggunaan Aktual (Actual
Usage). Hasil yang didapat dari penelitian ini adalah seberapa tinggi tingkat kepuasan pengguna level
pegawai pata PT PLN Cabang palembang rayon sekayu dalam menggunakan aplikasi PLN Mobile.
