Abstract

 E-government (Pemerintahan elektronik) merupakan penggunaan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) dalam proses pemerintahan untuk meningkatkan kinerja, efisiensi, dan kualitas layanan publik. Salah satu contoh penggunaan e- government ialah website di kecamatan sungai pinang, untuk mencapai tujuan dari website kecamatan, sangat penting untuk melakukan analisis usability yang bertujuan untuk mengukur tingkat kemudahan, kenyamanan, dan kepuasan pengguna saat menggunakan website tersebut. Analisis usability bertujuan untuk memastikan bahwa website kecamatan dapat memberikan pengalaman pengguna yang optimal dan memenuhi kebutuhan serta harapan pengguna. Analisis ini dapat dilakukan menggunakan metode usability testing yang merupakan suatu metode pengujian perangkat lunak atau produk untuk menganalisis sejauh mana produk tersebut dapat digunakan dengan efektif dan efisien. usability testing memiliki lima komponen, yaitu learnability, efficiency, memorability, errors, dan satisfaction. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan hasil pengujian usability dari website kecamatan.
