RANCANG BANGUN SISTEM INFORMASI MANAJEMEN LAYANAN PUSAT BAHASA BERBASIS WEB DI UNIVERSITAS TELKOM SURABAYA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang Sistem Informasi Manajemen Layanan Pusat Bahasa berbasis web di Universitas Telkom Surabaya guna meningkatkan kualitas manajemen dan aksesibilitas layanan. Saat ini, pendaftaran, pembayaran, dan penjadwalan kursus masih dilakukan secara manual, yang membatasi fungsionalitas dan akses informasi. Sistem yang dirancang menggunakan Framework Laravel dan database MySQL, dengan metode Prototype untuk pengembangan dan Black Box Testing untuk pengujian. Sistem ini mencakup fitur pendaftaran, pembayaran, dan penjadwalan kursus yang terintegrasi serta antarmuka yang mudah digunakan. Diharapkan, sistem ini akan meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan kemudahan akses bagi mahasiswa dan staf, serta memberikan pengalaman yang lebih baik bagi pengguna. Penelitian ini juga dapat menjadi referensi bagi institusi pendidikan lainnya dalam meningkatkan layanan melalui teknologi informasi.
