PENGARUH BUDAYA POWER DISTANCE TERHADAP PENERIMAAN SIMRS DI RUMAH SAKIT MULTAZAM GORONTALO

Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rumah Sakit telah diterapakan di berbagai rumah sakit di Indonesia untuk peningkatan efisiensi dan efektivitass dalam pelayanan Kesehatan. Namun. Optimalisasi penerapan sistem ini masih menjadi tantangan, seperti yang terjadi di Rumah Sakit Multazam Gorontalo di mana terdapat kendala dalam penerimaan dan penggunaan sistem. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi niat perilaku staff dalam penggunaan sistem. Penelitian menggunakan metode kombinasi Task technology Fit (TTF) dan Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) dengan menambahkan pengaruh budaya power distance. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa niat perilaku staff untuk menggunakan SIMRS diperngaruhi variabel Data quality, System Realibility, Task technology Fit, Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, Facilitating condition dan Power Distance sebesar 75,1 %. Hal ini menunjukkan masih ada beberapa faktor dalam penghambat efektivitas SIMRS, yaitu masih ada beberapa staff yang merasa kesulitan dalam mempelajari penggunaan sistem dan kurangnya dukungan dari atasan, rekan kerja, dan lingkungan organisasi sehingga turunnya niat penggunaan SIMRS.
