IMPLEMENTASI SISTEM INFORMASI REKAM MEDIK PUSKESMAS KAMONING

Salah satu fasilitas kesehatan tingkat pertama di Kabupaten Sampang adalah Puskesmas Kamoning, yang masih menggunakan rekam medik secara manual. Proses ini memiliki kendala, terlebih angka kunjungan pasien Puskesmas Kamoning sangat banyak. Proses pendaftaran pasien mencakup pencarian rekam medis pasien dan pembuatan rekam medis yang baru bagi pasien yang pertama kali berobat. Proses ini terkadang membutuhkan waktu lebih lama jika rekam medis pasien sulit ditemukan atau rusak/cacat. Pemeriksaan pasien akan dilakukan setelah rekam medik pasien diantar oleh perekam medik dan tiba di poli. Dokter pemeriksa akan mencatat hasil pemeriksaan dalam rekam medis pasien. Pasca pelayanan rekam medik dikumpulkan dan disimpan pada rak khusus yang disiapkan di ruangan rekam medik. Selain memakan waktu yang lama penggunaan rekam medik berbasis kertas membutuhkan tempat penyimpanan yang luas. Sebagai solusi, peneliti membuat Sistem Informasi Rekam medik untuk menggantikan proses manual. Metode Feature Driven Development (FDD) dipilih agar berorientasi pada kebutuhan fitur pengguna. Hasil pengujian blackbox testing menunjukkan hasil bahwa feature yang dibangun mengindikasikan kesiapan untuk diimplementasikan. Melalui evaluasi Usability testing, hasil menunjukkan bahwa perancangan system informasi rekam medik menghasilkan solusi yang memenuhi kebutuhan fungsional pengguna dan memberikan pengalaman yang optimal bagi pengguna.
