EVALUASI USABILITY PADA E-LEARNING KELAS KITO DENGAN METODE USABILITY TESTING (UT) DAN SYSTEM USABILITY SCALE (SUS)

E-learning kelas kito merupakan situs resmi milik Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu yang digunakan untuk mendukung dan memudahkan proses belajar dan mengajar bagi mahasiswa dan dosen Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu. Evaluasi usability pada e-learning kelas kito dilakukan untuk menguji tingkat kepuasan pengguna, pengalaman pengguna dan kebergunaan suatu sistem serta meningkatkan aspek-aspek yang dapat mempengaruhi kualitas sistem terhadap User Interface dan User Experience pada e-learning kelas kito dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode analisis Usability Testing (UT) dan System Usability Scale (SUS), agar lebih banyak pengguna untuk menggunakan e-learning kelas kito. Hasil dari pengujian Usability Testing pada learnability dosen mencapai 83% dan pada mahasiswa 88% , yang berarti sebagian besar pengguna berhasil menyelesaikan task yang diberikan. Nilai efficiency masih rendah dosen mendapatkan waktu 0,054 goals/sec dan mahasiswa 0,019 goals/sec. Tingkat kesalahan dan error dalam mengerjakan tugas dosen dengan nilai 0,18% dan mahasiswa 0,2%. Hasil pada kuesioner System Usability Scale atau pada satisfaction menghasilkan skor rata-rata SUS sebesar 58,83. Skor grade scale mendapatkan kategori “F”. Adjective rating berada pada kategori “Good”. Pada Acceptable range mendapatkan range “Marginal Low” kategori ini termasuk rendah.
