Abstract

Distribusi gas LPG 3 kg bersubsidi dan Bright Gas merupakan aspek penting dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan energi rumah tangga dan pelaku usaha mikro di Indonesia. PT Roskita Indah Palembang, sebagai agen resmi Pertamina, telah bermitra dengan 34 pangkalan dalam menyalurkan gas subsidi dan non-subsidi di wilayah Palembang. Namun, proses distribusi masih dilakukan secara manual, yang mengakibatkan kendala seperti kesalahan pencatatan, keterlambatan distribusi, dan kesulitan dalam pemantauan stok. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem informasi berbasis web guna mengotomatisasi proses pencatatan stok, pengelolaan distribusi, dan pembuatan laporan. Sistem ini dibangun menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD), yang memungkinkan pengembangan dilakukan secara cepat dan fleksibel sesuai kebutuhan pengguna. Diharapkan sistem ini dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, akurasi data, serta transparansi dalam proses distribusi gas di PT Roskita Indah Palembang.
