EVALUASI KESIAPAN SEKOLAH LUAR BIASA DI PROVINSI RIAU DALAM MENGINTEGRASIKAN TEKNOLOGI PEMBELAJARAN MENGGUNAKAN MODEL CIPP

This study aims to evaluate the readiness of Special Schools (SLB) in Riau Province to integrate learning technologies using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) model. The research employed a mixed-methods approach with an explanatory sequential design. Data were collected through surveys from nine SLBs, complemented by interviews and observations. Findings indicate that the readiness level is moderately to highly satisfactory. The Product dimension recorded the highest effectiveness (mean = 4.22), demonstrating that technology improves inclusivity and student motivation. However, Input and Context dimensions show challenges related to infrastructure and external support (mean = 3.11). There are significant disparities among schools, particularly in policy implementation and facility distribution. The study recommends prioritizing infrastructure equalization, establishing national policy standards for technological integration in SLB, and enhancing teacher training toward adaptive pedagogy
