PERANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI MANAJEMEN KEPEGAWAIAN BERBASIS WEBSITE DI KLINIK DENKESYAH 03.04.01 KOTA BOGOR

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengatasi permasalahan administrasi kepegawaian yang masih dilakukan secara manual di Klinik Denkesyah 03.04.01 Kota Bogor, seperti absensi, pengajuan cuti, laporan harian, dan pengelolaan surat-menyurat. Sistem manual tersebut menyebabkan keterlambatan, kesalahan data, dan kesulitan dalam pemantauan kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang Sistem Informasi Manajemen Kepegawaian (SIMPEG) berbasis website guna mendukung digitalisasi administrasi. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah Waterfall, meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan PHP dan MySQL dengan platform XAMPP. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan seluruh fitur berfungsi dengan baik berdasarkan black box testing dan uji kepuasan pengguna terhadap 26 responden menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan 96%. Sistem ini dinyatakan mudah digunakan, cepat diakses, serta akurat dalam pengolahan data. Implementasi SIMPEG berbasis web ini meningkatkan efisiensi kerja dan akurasi data kepegawaian di lingkungan klinik.
