EVALUASI KESUKSESAN SISTEM INFORMASI AKSES KAMPUS DENGAN MODEL DELONE MCLEAN PADA GERBANG MANUAL DAN OTOMATIS

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas sistem informasi keamanan akses kampus dengan membandingkan penggunaan gerbang otomatis dan gerbang manual. Analisis dilaksanakan berdasarkan model DeLone dan McLean yang melibatkan enam variabel utama, yaitu kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, kualitas layanan, penggunaan sistem, kepuasan pengguna, dan manfaat bersih. Informasi diperoleh dari 158 responden yang terdiri dari mahasiswa, dosen, dan tenaga pengajar melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan baik secara online maupun secara langsung. Metode analisis deskriptif diterapkan untuk mengevaluasi pola respons responden terhadap kedua jenis gerbang tersebut.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem gerbang otomatis mendapatkan nilai rata-rata lebih tinggi di semua variabel dibandingkan gerbang manual. Variabel manfaat bersih tercatat sebagai indikator dengan nilai tertinggi, sedangkan kualitas informasi berada di urutan terendah, meskipun tetap berada dalam kategori baik. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem gerbang otomatis memberikan pengalaman yang lebih memuaskan bagi pengguna, meningkatkan kepuasan, serta memberikan manfaat yang lebih signifikan. Secara keseluruhan, kedua sistem dinyatakan efektif, tetapi gerbang otomatis menunjukkan tingkat keberhasilan yang lebih mencolok.
