IMPLEMENTASI ANIMASI KARAKTER BURUNG 3D BERBASIS BLENDER UNTUK MENDUKUNG SISTEM INFORMASI PEMBELAJARAN MULTIMEDIA

Animasi 3D merupakan salah satu bentuk visualisasi digital yang banyak dmanfaatkan dalam bidang multimedia, pendidikan, dan industri kreatif. Namun, proses pembuatan animasi 3D masih dianggap kompleks bagi mahasiswa karena melibatkan beberapa tahapan teknis, seperti modelling, texturing, rigging, animation, dan lighting. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan animasi karakter burung 3D menggunakan perangkat lunak Blender sebagai media pembelajaran animasi komputer. Metode yang digunakan meliputi perancangan karakter, pembuatan model 3D, pemberian material dan warna, penerapan rigging dengan tulang (armature), pembuatan animasi gerak, serta pengaturan pencahayaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa blender mampu digunakan secara efektif untuk menghasilkan animasi karakter burung 3D yang menarik dan realistis. Animasi yang dihasilkan dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai media praktik pembelajaran guna meningkatkan pemahaman mahasiswa terhadap konsep animasi 3D.
