IMPLEMENTASI AHP DAN TOPSIS UNTUK MENENTUKAN PRIORITAS PEMBANGUNAN WILAYAH KOTA TEBING TINGGI

Pembangunan di daerah sering menghadapi kendala dalam menentukan skala prioritas karena banyaknya usulan dari masyarakat yang harus disesuaikan dengan keterbatasan sumber daya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem pendukung keputusan dalam menentukan prioritas pembangunan menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). Metode AHP digunakan untuk menentukan bobot kriteria berdasarkan tingkat kepentingannya, sedangkan metode TOPSIS digunakan untuk merangking alternatif pembangunan berdasarkan nilai preferensi yang dihasilkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari sepuluh alternatif yang dianalisis, kegiatan Pembuatan Jalan Beringin Gang TK AL Qofar LK V Kelurahan Persiakan memperoleh nilai tertinggi (0.789165) dan ditetapkan sebagai prioritas utama, sedangkan Rehabilitasi Jalan Beton Gang Akur LK II berada pada peringkat terakhir dengan nilai terendah (0.29781).
