Abstract

The SisPeMin (Minimum Service Standard Information System) Website was developed at Dr. Slamet Garut Regional General Hospital to improve the efficiency of managing and monitoring Minimum Service Standard (SPM) data. The main issue was the lack of integration between the SimMuTer application and the Hospital Management Information System (SIM-RS), which required staff to perform duplicate data entry, increasing workload and the risk of recording errors. This study applied a User-Centered Design (UCD) approach to design the Website interface through an iterative process involving Users at each development stage. The research stages included needs analysis, prototype design, and system testing. The results indicate that the developed interface is simple, informative, and aligned with User needs, supported by functional testing results showing that the system operates as expected. Therefore, the SisPeMin Website effectively supports the management and monitoring of quality indicators.
