KOMPARASI FUZZY USE CASE POINT DAN ADVANCE USE CASE POINT UNTUK ESTIMASI PENGEMBANGAN PERANGKAT LUNAK

Ketidakakuratan estimasi upaya (effort) pengembangan perangkat lunak pada proyek mobile enterprise sering kali disebabkan oleh kompleksitas non-fungsional dan subjektivitas penilaian faktor teknis. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi akurasi metode Fuzzy Use Case Point (FUCP) dan Advance Use Case Point (AUCP) dengan studi kasus aplikasi ASSIST pada PT. Astana Kinaya Mitratama. Masalah utama yang diangkat adalah efek batas diskrit (cliff effect) pada kategori Use Case Point (UCP) konvensional yang sering menghasilkan estimasi bias. Metode FUCP menggunakan logika fuzzy Mamdani untuk menghaluskan klasifikasi bobot, sementara AUCP menambahkan dimensi End User Development (EUD). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa FUCP menghasilkan estimasi sebesar 1.746 jam (MRE 6,59%), sedangkan AUCP sebesar 2.159,46 jam (MRE 31,84%) terhadap effort aktual 1.638 jam. FUCP terbukti lebih presisi karena mampu memetakan jumlah transaksi secara kontinu, sementara AUCP menghasilkan overestimation akibat multiplikator EUD yang tidak relevan dengan karakteristik proyek mobile enterprise terpusat. Kontribusi penelitian ini adalah validasi empiris keunggulan logika fuzzy dalam memitigasi kesalahan estimasi pada domain aplikasi mobile di Indonesia.
