Abstract

This study aims to implement the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method in developing a web-based e-commerce information system at Dhinda Hijab Official to address issues in managing sales, inventory, and customer data that are not yet integrated. The RAD method is applied to accelerate the development process through an iterative and collaborative approach with users. The research stages include requirement analysis, system design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The results show that the developed system is capable of integrating business processes in real time, reducing data inaccuracies, and improving operational efficiency. Therefore, the implementation of the RAD method is proven to be effective in producing a system that meets user needs and supports improved business performance
