ANALISIS NIAT KEBERLANJUTAN PENGGUNAAN QRIS PADA GENERASI Z DI KOTA DEPOK MENGGUNAKAN EXPECTATION CONFIRMATION MODEL

Penggunaan Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) terus meningkat seiring berkembangnya ekosistem pembayaran digital di Indonesia. Keberlanjutan penggunaan QRIS menjadi aspek yang penting untuk dipahami karena mencerminkan keberhasilan adopsi teknologi dalam jangka panjang, terutama pada Generasi Z yang merupakan kelompok pengguna aktif layanan digital. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh confirmation, perceived usefulness, dan satisfaction terhadap continuance intention penggunaan QRIS pada Generasi Z di Kota Depok. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa confirmation berpengaruh positif terhadap perceived usefulness dan satisfaction, serta perceived usefulness berpengaruh positif terhadap satisfaction. Pengaruh perceived usefulness terhadap continuance intention tidak ditemukan signifikan. Satisfaction terbukti menjadi faktor yang berpengaruh positif terhadap continuance intention. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan pengguna memiliki peran penting dalam mendorong keberlanjutan penggunaan QRIS pada Generasi Z serta menjadi faktor utama dalam mempertahankan penggunaan layanan pembayaran digital.
