PENGARUH HABIT TERHADAP NIAT PENGGUNAAN BERKELANJUTAN APLIKASI AL-QUR’AN DIGITAL PASCA-ADOPSI DENGAN PENDEKATAN EXPECTATION CONFIRMATION MODEL (ECM)

Abstract

Tingginya penggunaan perangkat seluler mendorong pemanfaatan berbagai layanan digital, termasuk untuk mendukung aktivitas keagamaan. Salah satu bentuk pemanfaatan teknologi digital dalam aktivitas keagamaan adalah penggunaan aplikasi Al-Qur'an digital. Meskipun aplikasi Al-Qur'an digital telah banyak diadopsi oleh masyarakat Muslim, pola pemanfaatannya masih beragam sehingga diperlukan kajian lebih lanjut mengenai faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi continuance intention. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis continuance intention pengguna aplikasi Al-Qur'an digital dengan mengembangkan Expectation Confirmation Model melalui penambahan variabel habit. Penambahan variabel habit bertujuan untuk mengisi kesenjangan penelitian terkait perilaku pasca-adopsi pada konteks aplikasi keagamaan digital. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui kuesioner daring yang disebarkan kepada pengguna aplikasi Al-Qur'an digital di Indonesia yang memenuhi kriteria penelitian. Sebanyak 206 responden yang layak dianalisis dengan pendekatan PLS-SEM menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 3. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa confirmation berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perceived usefulness serta satisfaction. Selain itu, perceived usefulness juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap satisfaction. Satisfaction dan habit terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap continuance intention. Sebaliknya, perceived usefulness tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap continuance intention. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa habit dan satisfaction merupakan faktor yang paling berperan dalam mendorong continuance intention .
