PERENCANAAN STRATEGIS SI/TI DENGAN MODEL WARD AND PEPPARD PADA YAKESMA JAMBI

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk merumuskan strategis SI/TI pada Yayasan Kesejahteraan Madani (YAKESMA) Jambi yang masih didominasi oleh proses manual berbasis lembar sebar dan dokumen fisik, serta belum terintegrasinya sistem informasi antardivisi. Pendekatan perencanaan strategis sistem informasi dan teknologi informasi diterapkan dengan menggunakan model Ward and Peppard. Analisis lingkungan bisnis dan SI/TI internal dan eksternal dilakukan melalui beberapa teknik, meliputi Critical Success Factor, SWOT, Value Chain, PEST, Porter’s Five Forces, dan McFarlan Strategic Grid. Temuan utama penelitian menunjukkan adanya kebutuhan mendesak akan keselarasan strategi teknologi dengan tren donasi digital eksternal. Hasil penelitian merumuskan 17 porotoflio aplikasi masa depan disusun berdasarkan kebutuhan yang teridentifikasi pada analisis lingkungan bisnis internal dan eksternal serta analisis lingkungan SI/TI internal dan eksternal, sehingga portofolio aplikasi yang dihasilkan layak dijadikan acuan dalam perencanaan strategis SI/TI YAKESMA Jambi pada periode mendatang.
