PENGUKURAN PENERIMAAN PENGGUNA APLIKASI JCONNECT MOBILE MENGGUNAKAN MODEL EXTENDED TAM

Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi telah mempengaruhi industri perbankan, termasuk inovasi layanan mobile banking yang memudahkan nasabah mengakses layanan melalui perangkat seluler. Bank Jatim, melalui aplikasi Jconnect Mobile, berupaya memberikan layanan perbankan inovatif dan mudah diakses. Namun, hanya 7,7% nasabah Bank Jatim yang menggunakan Jconnect Mobile. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengukur penerimaan pengguna terhadap aplikasi Jconnect Mobile menggunakan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), yang mengintegrasikan variabel eksternal Customer Service and Support serta Perceived Security. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Perceived Usefulness berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Trust, Perceived Attitude, dan Behavioral Intention to Use. Perceived Trust berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Customer Service and Support, Perceived Ease of Use, dan Perceived Security. Perceived Security berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Perceived Ease of Use, sementara Perceived Ease of Use berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Perceived Attitude dan Behavioral Intention to Use. Namun tidak ditemukan pengaruh signifikan antara Perceived Trust serta Perceived Ease of Use terhadap Perceived Attitude.
