Objek penelitian ini adalah PT. Mahkota Hutama Properti yang beralamat di jalan Satria perumahan mahkota garden blok B 18 Pekanbaru. PT. Mahkota Hutama Properti adalah salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang penjualan rumah. Proses transaksi penjualan rumah pada PT. Mahkota Hutama Properti masih dilakukan secara manual. Pembuatan aplikasi ini bertujuan untuk membantu perusahaan dan konsumen mendapatkan informasi mengenai perumahan yang dijual dan memudahkan dalam pemesanan rumah dan pembayaran konsumen nantinya. Metode perancangan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Unified modeding Language (UML). Hasil dari perancangan sistem informasi ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan omset penjualan sekaligus memberikan kemudahan dalam hal pembuatan laporan, pendataan dan keamaanan dalam pencatatan data yang sudah terkomputerisasi bagi PT. Mahkota Hutama Properti.
