OPTIMALISASI PROSES BISNIS UMKM MELALUI USER INTERFACE SISTEM POINT OF SALE (STUDI KASUS: CIRENG ASGARD)

Berdasarkan data Badan Pusat Statistik, jumlah UMKM di Indonesia meningkat dari 59,2 juta unit pada 2015 menjadi 64,2 juta unit pada 2022, menyumbang 61,1% terhadap PDB. Namun, banyak UMKM, termasuk Cireng Asgard, menghadapi kendala pencatatan manual seperti risiko kehilangan data, kesalahan input, dan lambatnya pengelolaan stok. Penelitian ini merancang user interface sistem Point of Sale (POS) berbasis Goal-Directed Design untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan pengalaman pengguna. Prototype POS yang dihasilkan mendukung pencatatan transaksi real-time, pengelolaan stok, serta laporan penjualan terstruktur. Uji usability menggunakan System Usability Scale (SUS) menghasilkan skor 86,33 untuk pelanggan, 86,43 untuk tim operasional, dan 85,83 untuk tim manajerial, masuk kategori B. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa prototype mudah digunakan, mudah dipelajari, dan memberikan kepuasan tinggi bagi pengguna.
