EVALUASI PENERIMAAN APLIKASI WONDR BY BNI MENGGUNAKAN UTAUT 2

Bidang perbankan di Indonesia terus berkembang seiring dengan digitalisasi layanan, mendorong inovasi baru untuk meningkatkan kepuasan nasabah. BNI sebagai salah satu bank terkemuka meluncurkan mobile banking Wondr by BNI sebagai bagian dari transformasi digitalnya. Namun, banyaknya keluhan pengguna di Google Play Store menimbulkan keraguan dalam adopsi aplikasi ini, sehingga diperlukan analisis penerimaan teknologi menggunakan UTAUT2. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan purposive sampling, melibatkan 452 responden yang telah menggunakan aplikasi minimal dua minggu di Surabaya. Analisis dilakukan dengan SEM-PLS menggunakan SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Habit, Hedonic Motivation, Price Value, dan Social Influence berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Behavioral Intention, sedangkan Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, dan Facilitating Conditions tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan bagi pengembangan strategi pemasaran dan peningkatan fitur aplikasi guna meningkatkan adopsi mobile banking di Indonesia.
