Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out whether the work discipline and the environment Work effect on employee performance. The object of research in this study Are employees who work in the Tualang Perawang District office, Siak Regency With a population of 32 (employee data for 2022). Retrieval technique The sample in this study used a census technique, namely taking all The population to be used as a sample. Processing and analysis of data Using multiple linear regression analysis with data processing using SPSS program version 23. Testing the data used for multiple linear regression Namely the classical assumption test and the hypothesis. The results of this study prove that the Work discipline and work environment variables have a significant influence on Employee performance. Then simultaneously or together variables Work discipline and work environment variables have a significant influence on Employee performance. R Square value (R2) shows a result of 0.699 which means 69.9% of employee performance is influenced by work discipline and work environment. Whereas The remaining 30.1% is influenced by other variables outside of this study such as load Work, work motivation, organizational culture, leadership style and so on.
