Pengaruh Motivasi dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Di Dinas XYZ Kota Pekanbaru

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work environment motivation and employee performance variables at the Pekanbaru City Library and Archives Service. The sampling method used in this study was a saturated/census sample, meaning that the entire ASN population used as a research sample was 53 employees. Based on the results of the study and data analysis, the following conclusions were drawn: (1) The results of the first hypothesis test (H1) showed that motivation has a positive and significant effect partially and simultaneously on employee performance (2) The results of the hypothesis test (H2) showed that the work environment has a positive and significant effect partially and simultaneously on employee performance. (3) The results of the third hypothesis test (H3) showed that motivation and the work environment have a positive and significant effect partially and simultaneously on employee performance. The results of the determination coefficient test showed that the influence of motivation and work environment on performance at the Pekanbaru City Library and Archives Service was 0.530.
