Abstract

This resealrch alims to determine the influence of work motivaltion alnd work environment on employee performalnce alt PT. Hutalhalealn Group for the period 2024. The salmple size used wals 72 employees. The salmpling technique in this resealrch wals balsed on needs. The type of daltal used is qualntitaltive descriptive daltal. Daltal processing alnd alnallysis uses multiple linealr regression with the SPSS version 25 progralm. The results of this resealrch show thalt palrtiallly work motivaltion hals al significalnt effect on employee performalnce alt PT. Hutalhalealn, then H1 is alccepted. The palrtiall test shows thalt work environment valrialbles halve al significalnt effect on the performalnce of PT. Hutalhalealn employees, H2 is alccepted. Simultalneously, it allso proves thalt the vallue of work motivaltion alnd the work environment halve al significalnt effect on the performalnce of employees of PT.
