Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, dan Kepemimpinan Melayani terhadap KinerjaPegawai Kantor Dinas Pemuda dan Olahraga (Dispora) Provinsi Riau

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether the performance of members of the Riau Province Youth and Sports Agency (Dispora) was more satisfactory when they received motivation, discipline, and leadership. According to this observation, there were 31 Dispora members. Purposive sampling was the technique used to collect information. The facts used in this study were explained descriptively and quantitatively. Using SPSS tools for data processing, multiple regression equations were used as the descriptive approach. The study findings showed that motivation, discipline, both individually and collectively, had no impact at all. Meanwhile, leadership was significant, and this can be seen in the performance of Dispora members. This is indicated by the (R2) value of 0.329, which indicates that 32.9% of member performance is caused by these factors.
