This study aims to explore the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) in waste management based on the 5R concept (Refuse, Reduce, Reuse, Repurpose, Recycle) at SD Negeri 192 Pekanbaru to increase students' environmental awareness. A qualitative approach with a case study method was used in this study. Data collection techniques included observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, with data analysis using the Miles & Huberman model (data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing). The results of the study indicate that the implementation of P5 based on 5R has great potential in shaping students' environmental awareness, although there are still obstacles such as students' limited understanding of the 5R principles and minimal collaboration between school parties. The main recommendation of this study is the need to strengthen planning, teacher training, and policy support so that the P5 program can run sustainably and have a broad impact in shaping a generation with Pancasila character who cares about the environment.
