Stunting in Ngasem Subdistrict, Kediri Regency, remains a serious public health issue influenced by early marriage, low maternal education, and adolescent anemia. The community service activity aims to strengthen the empowerment of Rumah Desa Sehat (RDS) cadres through the implementation of the SIGAP Stunting Ngasem application, integrating Augmented Reality (AR) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) as community-based health education media. The program involved 24 RDS cadres from 12 villages and applied a Push Technology Model through training, continuous mentoring, and systematic monitoring and evaluation. Measurable outcomes show an increase in cadres’ knowledge and skills from 57% (pre-test) to 95% (post-test), with 100% of cadres able to operate AR- and AI-based educational media. Educational activities reached 132 direct beneficiaries, achieving 82% community satisfaction. The findings indicate that AR- and AI-based digital education effectively enhances cadre capacity and supports sustainable community empowerment for stunting prevention.
