TRAINING ON SPREADSHEET-BASED DIGITAL FINANCIAL RECORD-KEEPING AND FINANCIAL LITERACY FOR THE POST-FLOOD RECOVERY OF MSMES IN SOUTH SOLOK REGENCY

This community service program aimed to strengthen post-flood MSME recovery in Solok Selatan Regency through training in digital financial recording based on spreadsheet tools and basic financial literacy. The flood caused asset damage, cash flow disruption, and declining revenue, making more structured post-disaster financial management necessary. The method used was a participatory approach involving face-to-face counseling, demonstrations of simple record keeping using spreadsheets and note-taking apps on mobile phones, guided discussion, hands-on practice, and mentoring. Evaluation was conducted descriptively through process observation, interactive questioning, and assessment of participants' practical work. The results show that participants began to prepare simple transaction records, separate business and household finances, and use digital media for documenting and organizing business information more systematically. The program contributes to financial literacy strengthening, administrative efficiency, and the readiness of MSMEs for economic recovery in disaster-prone areas.
